About
I'm Alex. 26, Locust Grove, Virginia. First-gen Guatemalan American. Business degree from George Mason. Self-taught engineer.
During the day I work in regulated finance at Capital One. At night I write code. The ratio keeps shifting.
At some point I noticed that language -- from a person, from a model, doesn't matter -- reshapes how someone sees themselves. Not metaphorically. Structurally. That observation became Guardian, a desktop workspace for thinking alongside AI without losing the thread.
The deeper problem Guardian surfaced was infrastructure. If your cognitive tools live on someone else's server, the loop isn't yours. ForgeFrame is the fix -- local-first intelligence infrastructure. Keep what's yours on your machine. Reframed is the first product built on it: resume analysis and tailoring, live and taking payments.
Before Capital One I was at Apple Federal Credit Union. Before that I was studying business and wondering why none of the interesting problems were in the textbook.
You're looking at one of the things I built. This site is homecooked -- Astro, vanilla JS, WebGL shaders, no frameworks. Everything is open-source and verifiable. If you opened the console, you already know the voice.
